The word “quality” doesn’t even begin to describe the service at Quality Fabricare. The weekly pick up and drop off service is convenient, but it’s the superior care for our clothes that is head and shoulders above any dry cleaners we have ever used. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their business and really care about their customers.
The night before our daughter’s Christening, my husband had a “suit emergency.” I called Jimmy who picked up my husband’s suit and assured me that his brother would have it cleaned in time for the Christening the next day. As everyone was running around trying to get ready on Saturday morning, the doorbell rang and there was Jimmy’s brother with my husband’s suit! These owners went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and it is something we are grateful for and will never forget.
